manager Anna Perolis

Anna was asked to move to unit 2476 because we knew that her leadership would improve the operations of the restaurant. Anna accepted the challenge and has steadily improved the restaurant by hiring, training and developing the right people. Anna has also changed the culture of the restaurant by teaching her team to "just be nice" and this has produced back to back periods of CBCC's at an 88% average. Currently, Anna is working on the productivity of this relatively new team in an effort to improve her SWS performance. I have no doubt that she will be successful as she had 0% turnover in P-12 which means that what she is teaching will have an opportunity to stick because she is not training different people every period due to turnover. I would say that Anna is demonstrating the trend of a growing business....great job Anna!

manager John Beck

John put together a remarkable period in P12, delivering a 4.20 (out of 5) Balanced Score Card to lead Territory 2. John led unit #1907 to a 21% sales gain and 76% profit gain over a year ago. John has stabilized a previously rough running operation and his customers have responded by scoring the unit at 89.3% on their CBCC feedback. This is an 11-point improvement over the unit's YTD trends, and shows what can be done when a leader focuses on great food in an outstanding service environment.

Shelly Boros started working for Pacific Bells in March 2008 and was promoted to RGM in August 2008. Since taking over her restaurant she has made improvements in all aspects of the business. She has hired and developed great people, her guest metrics are consistently above standard, and she has done a great job controlling cost. She deserves to be recognized for all her hard work.
