 |
Angelo Kouzelos
Unit 3825 Cuyahoga Falls Territory 1 Area 5
|
Outstanding leadership drives outstanding results. Angelo Kouzelos our RGM at unit #3825 is proving this statement to be true as he continues to post outstanding results in his restaurant.
Most recently he had an excelling CER with only 3 issues from being a perfect CER!
Angelo worked diligently with his SAM Thomas Pleli for the past couple of years and now Thomas has been promoted
to RGM because of the success that he and Angelo shared as a team and because Thomas took what he has learned
from Angelo and applied it to his own career. The competition has been saturating the market around unit #3825
which has resulted in a sales versus last year decline of 8%. However, Angelo manages the middle of his P&L as
well as any RGM in the Pacific Bells family and even though his sales are down 8% he still managed to beat his
PAA by 4%! In 2010 he is performing at an even higher level. Angelo's BSC for period 5 was a Significantly
Above Target 4.55!

Denise Tanksley has earned the T2 RGM of the Period for P7.
Denise achieved a 4.6 on Balanced Scorecard, out of a possible 5. She has driven the system and routines of
Taco Bell throughout the year and is achieving a great 4.45 Balanced Scorecard for the year. She is a Training
General Manager for the company and has been teaching the systems to new managers for the Cleveland and
Columbus market. Denise has a passion for leading the systems of Taco Bell and it shows in her results.
During Period 7, Denise delivered great guest service with CBCC's of 92.4% and 2:27 Drive thru speed.
She delivered on her people development by keeping turnover well below company average and retaining a
high percentage of her existing team. Financially she consistently managed all labor, food and controllable
