Amy Goebel along with her team at 26426, Stow Ohio has accomplished 4.45 on the balanced
score card for P12. These outstanding results are attributed to Amy’s dedication to Bold
Future and "Acting Like an Owner" attitude.
For period 12 Amy delivered 100% RAF, 6.43PQ and 6.83 Accuracy, 2:22
OTD, -1.84 ICOS, .60 under on labor. PAA was 1.82% Over budget along with
Operation supplies being managed under budget by .29%. Fantastic Results.
Most recently, to add to her success, Amy was Promoted to a Training Manager.
Adding a training store to Area 5 is a great accomplishment.

When guests in Canby, Oregon go looking for great food and a place where they are treated like
family- Store #18095 is the place and Lisa McCabe is the one who makes it all happen! Lisa is
one of Pacific Bells' most tenured RGM's and she is also the one her peers turn to when they
have questions or need help.
Lisa is always willing to lend a hand and goes out of her way to train our incoming managers all
that she knows. As an MTM, Lisa has done a great job training her team to shoot for the stars
whether she is in the restaurant or helping train in another state! Lisa's team never settles
for less than the best and they have proved that by having the top BSC in P12.
